We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our fast-paced and innovative organization. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a crucial role in equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to succeed. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to develop and implement effective, strategies, curriculum and onboarding programs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales processes, onboarding, and a passion for driving sales excellence.

Responsibilities:

Sales Enablement Strategy: Execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with each divisions sales goals and objectives. Collaborate with the leadership within the divisions to identify sales enablement priorities, initiatives, and measurable goals.

Content Development: Create and curate sales enablement content and resources to support the sales team. This includes sales and onboarding playbooks, ongoing development curriculum and other tools that effectively communicate value propositions and competitive differentiators.

Sales Training: Collaborate with division leadership, marketing and sales leadership to develop and deliver training programs that enhance the sales team's cross division product knowledge, selling skills, and understanding of the customer bases.

Sales Onboarding: Create strategies to address sales recruitment, onboarding and retention of new sales talent. Work closely with Sales Leadership to identify needs for new talent (sales bench) and creating a strategy for building that bench across the system. Developing a robust, repeatable and successful onboarding curriculum will be a key part of the role.

Sales Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to provide clear communication and guidance to sales representatives and provide feedback and sales needs to the leadership team.

Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, sales methodologies, and emerging technologies. Attend relevant conferences, webinars, and training sessions to enhance your own knowledge and bring new insights to the organization.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Proven experience in sales training, enablement or in a similar role within a sales-driven organization is a plus.

Proficiency in sales enablement tools, technologies and CRM systems.

Microsoft Office proficiency: Excel, PowerPoint and Word


Strong understanding of sales processes, sales methodologies, and customer relationship management.

Background and understanding of the printing business or manufacturing a plus

Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Strong leadership and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to influence and build relationships across teams.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales excellence and achieving targets.

Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Travel required: Up to 40%
